Both Wayland Baptist cross country teams finished in the top 25 when the NAIA Cross Country Coaches' Top 25 polls were announced. The WBU women came in at No. 14 while the Wayland men were 25
th.
The final rankings mirror the teams' finishes at the national championships held Nov. 22 in Lawrence, Kan., where Wayland's
Benard Keter was the individual champion in the men's race.
The polls were voted upon by a panel of coaches representing each of the conferences, association of independent institutions and unaffiliated groups.
