2015-16 at WBU: NAIA All-American by finishing 6th at 2016 NAIA National Championships in 285-weight class.
2012-13 at WBU: National qualifier in the heavyweight division
2011-12 at WBU: National qualifier in the heavyweight division
High School: Lettered in wrestling one year at Humble High School…placed 2nd in district and 3rd in regionals senior year…state qualifier senior year…had a record of 44-10 senior year.
Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I came to graduate from college and win a national title.
How did you get started wrestling and how old were you? I started wrestling my senior year of high school.
What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Going to the national tournament.
What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I bring confidence to this team and a future national title.
What are you goals for the future after college? Go to law school.
