A 5-foot-6 senior from Eldoret, Kenya, Edward won the Sooner Athletic Conference men's cross country individual title with a 5-kilometer time of 24 minutes, 13 seconds, a full 25 seconds faster than the second-place finisher. Edward, who was third in the conference race last year, is an environmental science major.
