Durawn Howard, a senior from Sacramento, Calif., won the 200 and 400 and was on the winning 4x100 and 4x400 at the Sooner Athletic Conference Track and Field Championships. His 21.17 in the 200 is the fourth-best of the season in the NAIA. Howard also has posted the top time in the 400 and has previously been on the NAIA’s top 4x100 team.
