In its second season, the Pioneer football team stuggled to get any wins, but fought hard each week. Nine Pioneers were named to the All-Central States Football League team, including two first-teamers.

Kendall Roberson was named to the first team as a running back, while Jon Lucas-Poe was named to the first team as a linebacker. Chadler Layer (offensive line), Holt Henderson (defensive line), Chris Acosta (punt returner), and Marcellus Henderson (punter) were named to the second team. Making the honorable mention team was Josh Amador (tight end), Josh Houghtaling (punter), and Kevin Hobbs (offensive line).

Furthermore, Poe, Brandon Grant, Nathan Askins, Brenner Barnett, Anthony Campuzano, and Josh Bailey were named to the All-CSFL Academic team, while Bailey and Poe were named to the Champions of Character team.
