Sarah finished first among team participants and third overall among 33 runners in the Small University Division at the Cowboy Jamboree hosted by Oklahoma State University on Saturday in Stillwater, Okla. A sophomore from A SO from Kapsabet, Kenya, Sarah completed the 5K course in 18 minutes, 57 seconds. Coach Brian Whitlock: "Sarah was better than she was two weeks ago (at the Texas Tech Open), and she should get better with each week. She had a little faster time than she did at this meet last year. She's progressing well, and by the end of the year she'll probably be in the top-10 at nationals.
