Catherine was a big reason why the women’s cross country team tied for first place at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championships, securing an automatic spot at the NAIA Championships. She finished fifth at the meet with a time of 18 minutes, 23.24 seconds on the 5K course. Coach Brian Whitlock: "Catherine had a huge jump. She's been up and down so far, but we've seen sparks of what she can do this year. She felt great today and really battled. Out of all the girls, she probably had the biggest race for us today."
