Tamyra represented Wayland, her Titan Mercury Wrestling Club and the United States well at the Nordhagen Classic in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Competing at 152 pounds, Tamyra won all three of her matches, including a victory in the gold-medal finals over Canadian Celeste Rodrigues, to claim a gold medal. Mensah is redshirting this season at Wayland after winning the 2014 WCWA National Championship at 143 pounds as a junior to become WBU’s first wrestling national champion.
