A 6-foot-6, 250-pound senior forward from Deerfield Beach, Fla., Hatcher has posted three straight double-doubles since entering the starting lineup: 22 pts., 11 rebs. vs. Schreiner, 14 pts., 10 rebs. vs. Texas Lutheran and a season-high 24 pts., 12 rebs. vs. Sul Ross St. He made 9-of-13 FGs, including 4-of-6 from 3-pt. range, vs. Schreiner. Said Coach Matt Garnett: "Theo really came ready to play. His performance was a direct reflection of his commitment … (in) practice. He's playing hard and pursuing the ball."
