Shahala was named 2015's first Sooner Athletic Conference Volleyball Player of the Week after helping the 19^th-ranked Pioneers to a 4-0 week at the Big Easy Blastoff in New Orleans where Wayland defeated Mobile. (Ala.), Faulkner (Ala.), Xavier (La.), and Loyola (La.). Hawkins averaged 6.0 kills per game while hitting at a .357 clip. In 14 sets, she totaled 24 digs, five aces, nine solo blocks and 17 block assists. Her best statistical game came against Faulkner as she finished with a season-high 28 kills, 13 digs, two aces, one solo and two block assists. Hawkins ranks No. 2 in the NAIA in kills per game (5.850), No. 6 in hitting percentage (.433) and No. 6 in blocks per game (1.67).
