Bailee, a freshman from Belton, helped the WBU cheer team to an eighth-place performance at the program’s first-ever NAIA South Qualifying Group Championships held Friday in Oklahoma City. Coach Samantha Templar: “Bailee came to us with gymnastics experience but not cheer experience. She was a flyer for us most of the year, but when we were in a bind, she stepped up and based in group stunts. She has grown so much this year and I’m so proud of the hard work and dedication she has given to this team.”
