Grant Baker, of Austin, is a freshman shooting guard for the Pioneer junior varsity basketball team. Coach Robert Lopez said Grant “did all of the little things, like making steals, and a lot of the dirty work for us, like taking charges.” He and James Albus were the top two scorers on the team, which ended its season last week.
