Matt, a senior shortstop/second baseman from Lubbock, had a tremendous showing against No. 8 Science and Arts of Oklahoma for the 23rd-ranked Pioneers. In the first two games against the Drovers, Matt went 5-for-6 at the plate with three RBIs and a home run. In the three games series, he went 6-for-11 (.545) with a slugging percentage of 1.000.
