Matt, a senior shortstop from Lubbock, hit .500 (5-for-10) and had three RBIs and scored two twice during the Pioneers’ two games at the Sooner Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament. He went 3-for-5 against Southwestern Christian and 2-for-5 against Mid-America Christian, including a two-run, game-tying single in the top of the ninth.
