A sophomore from Wellingborough, England, Connolly finished 12^th and led the Pioneers to a sixth-place finish at the UST Mamiya Intercollegiate Invitational held at Hawks Creek Golf Club in Fort Worth. He shot rounds of 74 and 73 for a 147 total.

In addition to being named a WBU Athlete of the Week, Connolly was named the Sooner Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week for March 11-17.
