Greg had hits in all three of the baseball team’s one-run Sooner Athletic Conference home wins over Oklahoma-Panhandle St.
 
The 6-foot-1 junior shortstop from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, hit .364 (4-for-11) for the week with a slugging percentage of .727. He had a double and a home run and totaled three RBIs, three runs scored and was 4-for-4 in steals.
 
Greg’s home run – his team-leading seventh of the season – came when Wayland was down to its final out in the bottom of the seventh of game two. The two-run shot tied the game at 6 and allowed the Pioneers to win, 7-6, on Jacob Adams’ RBI-single in the eighth.
 
Greg ranks second in the Sooner Athletic Conference in batting average (.402) and leads the league in steals with 18.
