WBU cheer and dance head coach Kristen Jones chose to honor Sheppard this week both for his work as a member of the cheer team and his countless hours as student trainer for both squads.

"BJ's continued dedication to the teams is unparalleled," Jones said. "He attends every practice no matter what what time they are and gives 100 percent. He will be greatly missed upon graduation this spring."
