Reggie led the WBU men to a fifth-place team finish and supplied the Pioneers with two event national titles at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships in Brookings, S.D.
In the 4x800 relay, Reggie ran the anchor leg behind Jerrell Hunter, Martin Harding and Cesar Amador as the team broke the tape in 7 minutes, 37.62 seconds. Then in the 600, the junior from Copperas Cove and transfer from Western Texas College turned in a winning time of 1:17.82. It was the fourth straight year for Wayland to win the 600. Reggie also ran on the 4x800 relay team which finished third in 3:14.16.
"Reggie was our best performer on the men's side. He had a heck of a weekend," coach Brian Whitlock said.
