Miguel Teos is the assistant coach for the Pioneer men's soccer team. Teos has been the student assistant for the Pioneers in the previous two seasons after he finished his collegiate career. 

In 2014, Teos played professionally for three months

Teos played for the Pioneers for two seasons, earning Newcomer of the year in the Sooner Athletic Conference, as well as a two-time first team SAC honoree. For his career, he assisted on 15 goals and scoring three himself.

Before coming to Wayland, he also played two seasons at Spartanburg Methodist University in Spartanburg, South Carolina where he was a All-Region X 1st Team player in 2010.

He played professionally for three months with the Rayo Oklahoma City team.
