Biography

2015 at WBU: Played in 10 games for the Pioneers...recorded 24 tackles, nine solo. 
2014 at WBU: Played in nine games for the Pioneers... recorded 12 tackles and two for a loss.
2013 at WBU: Played in all 10 games for the Pioneers…was fourth on the team with 43 tackles…recorded six tackles for a loss…had one sack for eight yards.
2012 at WBU: Played in eight games for Wayland…recorded 12 solo and 11 assisted tackles…had 2.5 tackles for a loss…recorded two sacks.
High School: Lettered in football 3 years and baseball 4 years at Cooper High School…ASCO all-star, honorable mention, and all-district from 2009-2011…all-city and all-South Plains for football in 2010 and 2011…all-South Plains in 2011-12 and all-state in baseball in 2010 and 2012.
Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I was given the chance to play two sports and pursue my career.
How did you get started playing football and how old were you? I was seven when I started playing football because my dad and I used to watch it on TV all the time.
What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Beating the number one team in state two years in a row in baseball.
What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I’m a hard worker  and I lead by example.
What are your goals for the future after college? Join a SWAT team and eventually join the FBI or CIA.
