Prior to WBU: Ran track at Colby Community College from 2011 to 2013 and at Central Arkansas in 2014…1st team all-conference and all-region in 2012 and 2013…1st team all-conference for cross country in 2014

High School: Lettered in cross country and track two years at Klein Forest High School…member of 2010 district runner-up team…1st team all-district from 2010-2011

Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I came to Wayland to excel academically and athletically, and to better myself.

How did you get started playing your sport and how old were you? I started running in the seventh grade when I was 13 years old. My middle school coach recommended it to me.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Winning the 2011 Klein Relays two-mile race in high school.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I bring in a strong work ethic and desire. I also bring a good personality.

What are your plans for the future after college? Start a family and be financially stable.
