2012 at WBU: Played in nine games for the Pioneers…recorded eight solo and eight assisted tackles, including a sack and fumble recovery.

High School: Lettered in football for three years at New Deal High School…played on the district championship teams in 2009 and 2010…all-district and all-state for football junior and senior year…all-state in the 110 meter hurdles…had 86 tackles along with 10 sacks senior year

Why did you choose to come to Wayland? The people are nice here. It’s like a big family.

How did you get started playing football and how old were you? I started playing football with my dad. I was about 8 years old when I started playing.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Becoming an all-state player two years strait, and playing in the ASCO all-star game.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I want to give the team everything I can on the field, and I want to be able to help everyone the best that I can.

What are you goals for the future after college? I want to be a high school football coach.
