Parents/Guardians: Beverly Handsborough
At WBU in 2016: Indoor-Handsborough finished second in the 60-meter dash, finished third in the 200 and apart of the second place 4x400 relay team.
At WBU in 2015: Handsborough set new 100-meter record, passing former Pioneer Gregory Turner with a time of 10.19 seconds. He would go on to help the 4x400m team finish first place, finish third in the 60m and 200m dash in the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships to help the Pioneers finish second. Handsborough finished first in the 100m dash and third in the 200m dash to help Wayland also capture second place in the NAIA Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Prior to WBU: Ran track at South Plains College from 2012 to 2014…five-time all-American and three-time national champion
High School: Lettered in track three years at Crockett High School…state
champion in the 100m and 4x200m relay
What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Winning a national championship
What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? Athletically I bring speed, and personally I bring laughs.
