2011-12 at WBU: Placed 3rd at the West Texas A&M Invitational…finished 6th at the Mid-States Classic…finished 7th at the Sooner Athletic Conference championship, earning all-conference…finished 18th at the NAIA cross country championship, earning all-American status

2010-11 at WBU: NAIA cross country all-American with 16th place finish in a time of 25:23 at national championships... all-Conference cross country with 5th place finish... ran a personal-best 24:29 at Missouri Southern... NAIA indoor all-American after running a school-record 7:40.78 in 4x800m relay... 8th place finish at the indoor championships in 1000m... ran a personal-best 2:26.00 in the prelims of the 1000m at nationals... outdoor national champion and all-American in the 4x800m relay (7:33.37)... finished 7th in the 1500m with a personal-best 3:50.34
 
2009-10 at WBU: WBU Cross Country Newcomer of the Year... finished 3rd at the NAIA Mid-States Classic (25:22)... had a 2nd place finish at the SPC/Subway Invitational... a favorite to qualify for the NAIA national cross country championships until a stress fracture caused him to pull out of the SAC championships... NAIA indoor track national qualifier in the 800m and as part of the 4x800m relay... NAIA outdoor track all-American in the 4x800m relay (7:30.40)... SAC champion in the 4x800m relay
Why did you choose to come to Wayland? I was told of the school by a former student, and I applied and got admitted.

How did you get started running cross country and how old were you? I started running after high school. I was 19 years old.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Finishing second at the cross country national championship as a team.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I bring my talent to the team and personally the moral support to my teammates.

What are your goals for the future after college? Work in an accounting firm, corporation or private firm. I would like to have my own business.
