2012 at WBU: Started in 40 games for the Pioneers…led the team in batting average at .310…tied for second in hits with 44…led the team with a .991 fielding percentage.

2010 at WBU: Recorded a walk in his only at bat of the season.

High School: Lettered in baseball 3 years at North Mesquite HS…1st Team all-district in 2008…2nd team all-district in 2009…Offensive Player of the Year in 2009.

Why did you choose to come to Wayland? I chose to come to Wayland to play baseball.

How did you get started playing baseball and how old were you? I got started playing baseball when I was 8.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Catching and calling a no-hitter thrown by Tom Bailey last year.

What do you feel like you bring your team, both athletically and personally? Athletically I will work hard and will give my all. Personally I will always bring a good attitude to the field.

What are your goals for the future after college? Get a job teaching and start a family.
