Biography

Parents/Guardians: Jeff and Debbie Pennington

2012 at WBU: Hit .282 while finishing fourth on the team in totals hits (42)…led the team in doubles with 13…went a perfect 11-11 in stolen bases, which also led the team…was second on the team in RBI’s with 26.

Prior to WBU: Played at Crowder College…placed 5th at the 2010 NJCAA World Series.

High School: Lettered in baseball three years at Sachse HS…made the all-district team three years.

Why did you choose to come to Wayland? To play baseball and earn a degree.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Going to Perfect Game with the McKinney Marshals in 2008 and placing first. Going to the 2010 NJCAA World Series and placing fifth.

What do you feel like you bring your team, both athletically and personally? Excitement and energy.

What are your goals for the future after college? Become a school teacher/coach.
