Parents/Guardians: Jeff and Dana Pannell

High School: Lettered in baseball 4 at San Saba High School… bi-district finalists from 2009 to 2010…bi-district champions in 2011 and 2012…made all-district team from 2010-2012…All-West Texas Newcomer of the Year in 2009…all-state baseball in 2011…district MVP

Why did you choose to come to Wayland? Wayland is a great school with a great athletic tradition, and Plainview is my old hometown.

How did you get started playing baseball and how old were you? I have been playing since I can remember.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Turning around a struggling high school athletic program by making the playoffs in baseball four years in a row and three years in a row.

What do you feel like you bring your team, both athletically and personally? Great work ethic, teamwork and knowledge of the game.

What are your goals for the future after college? Become a successful high school teach/coach and a husband/father.
