Biography
Parents/Guardians: David and Zerma Carrathers and Joyce Smith
At WBU: Wrestled in the program’s inaugural year as well as the following year…qualified to wrestle in the NAIA Championships in 2012.
Why did you choose to come to Wayland? I came to Wayland because it was what was best for me at the time.
How did you get started cheering/dancing and how old were you? I asked the Wayland cheer coach if she needed any more guys, and she asked me to join the team.
What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Competing at the NAIA National Championships my senior year of wrestling.
What do you feel like you bring your team, both athletically and personally? I am a hard worker and I get into zones when I just don’t want to stop working.
What are your goals for the future after college? Become a juvenile probation officer.
