High school awards/honors: Lettered in football three years at Estacado High School...1st team all-district…two-time all-state preseason super team    

Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I chose to come to Wayland because I knew they were a new team and I wanted to be part of it when we bring this team to the top.

How did you get started playing football and how old were you? My dad has coached a team since I was born so I grew up around football. I started when I was six.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Being named team captain and leading my team deep in the playoffs.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I bring dedication and leadership because I am going to push myself and everyone else to get better each day!

What are your goals for the future after college? I plan to either become a prosecution attorney or a criminal defense attorney.
