Glynn Poindexter is in his first year as a Graduate Assistant at Wayland Baptist University.

Glynn graduated from St. Leo University in Tampa, FL in May 2022 with a bachelors degree in sports business.

While at SLU, Poindexter served three years as a student assistant for the men’s basketball program.  In his three season, his duties included personal and skill development for players, stat keeping, scout team, scouting reports, making practice schedules, and coordinating team travel with graduate assistant and head assistant coach.

A native of Arlington, Texas, Glynn graduated from Bowie High School and played basketball and baseball.
