Nobles joins the Pioneers' coaching staff as a graduate assistant after a two-year playing career at Wayland that saw the 6-foot-6 forward named all-conference both seasons.

Nobles made the All-SAC Third Team as a senior after being voted all-conference honorable mention his junior year. A native of Trophy Club, Texas, Nobles was second for the Pioneers in both scoring (15.1 ppg) and rebounds (5.1) during the 2019-20 campaign. He shot 52 percent (170-of-326) from the field and 76 percent (92-of-121) from the free-throw line.

In his two seasons at Wayland after transferring from Collin College in Plano, Nobles scored 696 points. He scored a career-high 33 points as a senior against Hardin-Simmons, and he logged five career double-doubles.
