Justin Graham joined the Pioneers as an assistant coach prior to the 2020-21 season, arriving with head coach Clint Galyean from Central Baptist (Ark.).
 
A native of San Antonio, Coach Graham attended Brandeis High School then went on to play basketball at the University of Hartford from 2013-16. He was named America East Sixth Man of the Year for the 2014-15 season and made the America East Academic Honor Roll. He played the 2016-17 season at Arkansas Tech University, earning unanimous all-conference honors.
 
He served as a graduate assistant coach at Arkansas Tech from 2018-20 then was assistant coach at Central Baptist in 2020-21.
