Why did you choose to come to Wayland? I think that Wayland has a really complete and competitive soccer program, and the financial options are good.

How did you get started playing soccer and how old were you? I have played soccer since I was six years old in Bogota, Colombia. I did it because my dad had played soccer at a really high level his whole life and because I like to play with the soccer ball.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? I have played different and competitive tournaments, getting good positions, but the proudest thing was coming to America to play soccer and study with a scholarship.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I bring experience, confidence and technique.

What are you goals for the future after college? Go back to my country, work and save money to support a family business, then in between have my own family.
