Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I came here because I felt like I would get the push I need to achieve the goals I’ve set for myself.

How did you get started swimming and how old were you? I took up swimming because I wanted to try something new and it stuck.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? My proudest moment was when I made the regional team as a freshman in 2011.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? Athletically, I have my sprinting and backstroking abilities, and personally I’m just a nice guy.

What are you goals for the future after college? I want to be a computer software specialist.
