Ashlynn, was district champion her senior year and qualified for the regional tournament for the fourth year in a row at Bastrop High School. She went on to Ranger College, helping her team win the 2018 Tyler Junior College Fall Invitational and the 2018 Omega Invitational where she placed third individually.
 
"Ashlynn is an amazing young lady and athlete. I can see many great things in her swing and believe that the future is going to be really bright for her," said WBU coach Matt Garrett.
 
Ashlynn, who earned an Associate of Science degree at Ranger, said, "Sometimes you just know it's time to start something new and trust the magic of new beginnings."
