Carolina Dos Santos enters her first year as a graduate assistant coach with the Wayland Baptist University women's soccer team.

Dos Santos joins the Pioneers after a successful playing career at Lincoln University of Missouri, where she competed as a midfielder.

During her time at Lincoln, she became the first goal scorer in Lincoln University women's soccer history and represented the program as an NCAA Division II Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative.

Academically, Dos Santos graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the university's Honors Program. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Lincoln University of Missouri.
