High School: Lettered in swimming two years at Arbor View High School…member of 2012 and 2013 state championship club team…regional qualifier

Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I chose to come to Wayland because I love the campus, the people and the small class sizes. Wayland felt like a good fit to help me get into law school.

How did you get started swimming and how old were you? I started swimming competitively my junior year of high school. I swam when I was around eight years old and I missed it.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Qualifying for regionals in the 100-yard fly my first time ever swimming it.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I feel that I will become a great athletic asset with my back stroke, especially since I am bettering myself under Coach Hannan’s guidance. Personally, I bring a positive, determined, hardworking attitude, and I’m the “team mom.”

What are your goals for the future after college? I want to go to law school, graduate magna cum laude and become a prosecutor.
