High School: Lettered in wrestling four years at Estacado High School…all-state in 2013 and 2014
Why did you choose to come to Wayland and represent the Pioneers? I chose to attend Wayland because it was the only school in Texas that has an engineering program and a wrestling program.
How did you get started wrestling and how old were you? I started wrestling in the eighth grade when I was 14 years old.
What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Making it to the state finals.
What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? I have a good work ethic and I’m encouraging.
What are you goals for the future after college? Get a chemical engineering job, marry my girlfriend and have a beautiful family.
