Parents/Guardians: Ruben and Eva Lujan

High School: Lettered in wrestling 4 years at Americas High School…made all-district and all-state from 2008-11…went 34-3 as a senior

Why did you choose to come to Wayland?  Wayland has the 1st and only wrestling program in Texas.

How did you get started wresting and how old were you? I had an older sibling that wrestled. I started wrestling when I was 12.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Getting a wrestling scholarship to WBU.

What do you feel like you bring your team, both athletically and personally? I would like to bring intensity on the mat. I would also like to be a brother to my teammates.

What are your goals for the future after college? Get my degree and be a great father.
