At the Northwood Fall Shootout in Cedar Hill's Tangle Ridge Golf Course, Ryan tied for first place in a 66-player field with Jose Acevedo of Bethany College (Kan.) as he helped the No. 1-ranked Pioneers to the team title by 18 shots. Connolly shot rounds of 73-69-72 for a 2-under 214 total. Connolly also tied for first at the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational, but lost in a playoff. No playoff was held this time.
