Under interim head coach Cristhian Ospina, the men’s soccer team posted an 11-6-1 record. That included a 5-3-1 mark in the Sooner Athletic Conference as the Pioneers tied for third place. For the second straight season, Wayland bowed out in the first round of the SAC Tournament. Seniors David Neuberth, the team’s top scorer the past two seasons, and goalkeeper John-Ramses Thomas were named to the all-conference second team, earning all-SAC honors for the second straight year.
