The Pioneers repeated their eighth-place finish from their first season of competition a year ago at the NAIA Swimming & Diving National Championships in Oklahoma City. Composed of all freshmen and sophomores, Wayland amassed 174 points. Coach Alyson Hannan: "It would have been nice to be in the top five, but the top 10 in the nation is pretty remarkable.”
