Brendon hit .625 (5-for-8) in the three games he appeared as a designated hitter last week, knocking two home runs and three doubles for a 1.750 slugging percentage. He totaled seven RBIs and scored four runs.
 
Brendon had a 3-for-4 outing with two doubles and a three-run homer in Saturday's 17-6, seven-inning win over Bacone. On Friday, he knocked another three-run shot to spark the Pioneers in their 16-3 series-opening win over the Warriors.

The 5-foot-11 junior from Amarillo (Randall High School) was named Sooner Athletic Conference Baseball Player of the Week. For the season, he is batting .356 (16-of-45) with a .644 slugging percentage. He has two home runs, five doubles, one triple and 18 RBI. He has drawn 13 walks.
