At the Chap Classic hosted by Lubbock Christian University at the Rawls Course, Sentanio  was tied for third in the 51-golfer field after a first-round 71. He followed that with rounds of 85 and 4-under 68 to finish in a four-way tie for fourth place. His final 4-under 68 tied for low-round honors.
 
As a team, Wayland – ranked eighth in the NAIA – tied for third place in the nine-team field, shooting rounds of 299-289-285 for a 9-over 873. The Pioneers’ final-round 3-under 285 was the lowest score of the day.
