Fans will have a chance to win a brand new Jeep Cherokee – courtesy of Plainview Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – at 2019 Wayland Baptist home football games.
One fan at halftime of each of five home games – beginning with the Pioneers' home-opener Aug. 31 – will have a chance to win the 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Selected at random, the contestant will attempt one throw with an NCAA standard-size football from 30 yards away. If the ball makes it into a 10-inch diameter target, they win!
WBU football tickets are available for $10 per adult and $5 per student. Tickets may be purchased upon arrival at Greg Sherwood Memorial Bulldog Stadium, located at 24th & Yonkers. There is no cost to enter the contest. Sign-up information and complete contest details will be available on site.
The Pioneers open their season at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31 against University of St. Mary (Kan.). Other WBU home games are Sept. 21 vs. Arizona Christian, Oct. 5 vs. Texas College, Nov. 2 vs. Oklahoma-Panhandle St., and Nov. 6 vs. Langston, Okla.
