Calista Garces to join WBU dance team

Calista Garces of Amarillo has agreed to join the Wayland Baptist dance team, WBU cheer and dance coach Samantha Spieler announced.
 
Garces, a student at Tascosa High School, has been a member of the Tascosa Belles dance team for four years. She served as Belles vice president in 2018-19 and currently is an officer. Garces is a member of Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE), and was a 2019 TAFE state qualifier.
 
"We're very happy Calista will be joining our dance team and look forward to having her at Wayland," Spieler said.
