CRETE, Neb. --- Over the weekend the #25 Wayland Baptist Men's Wrestling competed in a dual against #20 Eastern Oregon. The following day, they competed in the Conner Oppenheim Open hosted by Doane University.

The men wrestled tough at the Conner Oppenheim Open, finishing with two placers. #7 Jaden Two-Lance was able to make the finals and finish as the runner-up.
Jesse Lewis had a strong showing and competed hard on his way to a third place finish. Jesse looks to enter the rankings at the 125 pound weight class after moving down from 133 where he was ranked #23.Â
The Men's team is in action next in a triangular dual against Trinidad State College and Otero College on Friday, December 12
th, at Trinidad State College in Trinidad, Colorado.Â
