Who is your role model and why? My late aunt, Brenda. Brenda was and always will be my role model, because she taught me how to love not only myself unconditionally but also those who cannot love themselves. She helped me become who I am today and she constantly encouraged me to never change for society, but to be the woman God made me. I never got the opportunity to thank her for all she has done for me, so I continue to do good by her every day and follow God’s path so that one day when I see her again I can tell her.
Extracurricular activities and/or hobbies: Dance, singing, theatre, art, choreography
What do you enjoy most about being a college athlete and/or playing your sport? I enjoy the family that the team becomes, and the challenge each new dance or routine brings.
What are your plans after college? I plan to start writing and publishing books and hopefully one day own my own publishing company.
