NAIA outdoor national champion and all-American in the 4x800m relay (7:33.37)
 
2009-10 at WBU: Finished in 15th place at the Sooner Athletic Conference championships (26:32.99)... ran a PR 26:25 at the NAIA Mid-States Classic... NAIA indoor track national qualifier as part of the 4x800m relay team
 
2008-09 at WBU: Placed 19th at conference cross country championships... finished 5th at SAC track and field championships in the 1500-meters

What are your goals for the future after college? I came to Wayland because Coach Whitlock is awesome.

How did you get started running cross country and how old were you? I just jumped in a workout when I was 16.

What has been your proudest athletic achievement to date? Hasn’t happened yet.

What do you feel like you bring to your team, both athletically and personally? A great attitude.
