Who are your role models and why?
I have a few role models my parents being first and foremost and Arike Ogunbowale. My parents are my role model because of the standard they raised me by which is that failure is not an option and finishing everything I start. They didn’t just teach them to my siblings and me, but also mirrored for us and what that looked like daily. I said Ogunnowale, as well because we play similar positions in Basketball, and I’ve always loved the mentality she has out on the court. A plus is that we come from the same city!

I’ve been playing basketball for 6 years.

Extracurricular Activities and/or hobbies
Enjoy playing 8ball, ping pong, Tennis, Volleyball, softball and I enjoy playing the Tenor Saxophone.

What do you enjoy most about being a college athlete and/or playing your sport?
I can Mentor the youth and also still grow in the game myself. There’s always something you can be better at within the game. Also, the relationship that is built within the journey.
